Slowly but surely the bridge is starting to take shape. It’s kind of cool to see it all come together. The posts are up and now they are working on the steps up to the platform. Once it is all connected it will make going to the cabin so much easier.

Good things take time as you know,you and Cassie have completed a lot with the help of your new local friends, you guys should be very proud of yourselves. Cant wait until Mary Jane and I can get down your way again some day to see all of your accomplishments in person.

I figured you would appreciate that I bought a mixer and have been pouring all the concrete myself now. I am learning more about building forms and rebar but I think I’ve got a pretty good handle on it. It just takes 3 times the effort to build something in concrete!
