We leave on Jan 28 only 11 days away!!
We talked to Alwilda and asked her if she wanted us to bring anything. She couldn’t think of much. If anyone has ideas on something that is hard to get in PR but easy to get in the states please leave a comment.
She said that the title had been completed but they registered it incorrectly. She didn’t know exactly what was incorrect but she is supposed to talk to the lawyer on Monday in San Juan to find out. I was thinking maybe it was registered commercial or industrial??? Not sure, but things are moving which is really good news.

So is this upcoming trip just a trip or is this your move for good?
Cris- It’s just an upcoming trip. I still haven’t seen the property so that will be good for me.
Also the title appears to have moved forward; so when they get that finalized it will most likely be another 4 months till closing. I wouldn’t be suprised if everything goes thru this year.
Then we still have to figure out what to do about work and properties in colorado.
