We’ve been having some pretty severe weather around here lately. We’ve had a couple of tornado warnings and severe storm watches. When we left for Phoenix they had some hail here and a few people that I know are getting refunds from the insurance agencies. We are having a warning right now, so I thought I’d post a little video of all the thunder, lightening and hail.

I’ve been riding my bike after lunch back to work pretty much any day I can. Unfortunately, today we had a rainstorm that began right as I was getting off of work. Britton took today off to have a five day weekend, so I asked him to meet me half way. It was not too bad starting out because we had a tail wind, then we turned and had a full head wind to go against.

I got dirt in both of my eyes and with contacts that is not such a great thing because my eyes just suction shut it seems. So I probably looked like a drunk person out there in the wind, rain and hail and Britton yelling, “don’t ride with your eyes shut!” Anyway, we made it back safe and sound, and watched a pretty cool storm roll by once Britton moved the car out of the direct path of the hail.
