		<description>Sounds like a task. I still have to clean out our yard and turn the soil where our garden is going this year.   Be sure to cover your garden area with some black plastic.  It will warm the soil up faster, keep the weeds from growing and allow you to plant a bit earlier.  I collected plastic pop bottles which when cut in half will act as mini green houses when we do plant our seedlings. Also, newspaper makes a great mulch (less water) and will keep the weeds down.  

One economical thing to do is keep all your empty TP rolls (or paper towel rolls).  Then cut them in half and mush one end down (like a coin roll).  Fill the roll with some soil and then plant your seed in it.  The TP rolls biodegrade in the soil.  Kinda neat...</description>
