Jaminate the Countryside + PR Info
Friday, August 8th, 2008I talked to Carlos in PR today about the status of the title. He said that they are just waiting on the department of resources to accept some property. Apparently in the title registration process, there was a spot of the land that was needed by the government to gain access to the river. An easement. So they are just waiting on them to accept the deed for that area, I am not sure how big of an area it is. He is going to call the lender’s attorney and see if we can re-apply for the loan now.
Things might be moving forward at least a bit!
Also in prepration for moving (not actually but maybe?) I got a new guitar so I can play some music in PR. I need to learn how to play some salsa, or maybe folks in PR would be interested in hearing rock? But here is the new guitar.
It is a 90′s era American Stratocaster Plus. I traded two other guitars I had and a little cash for it. I’d rather have 1 guitar that I really like as opposed to 2 that I don’t really care for.
Since this is a blog post, its only fitting to have some extra multi-media to get the full effect. I went downstairs and used my little mp3 player which has a horrible mic on it to record a 3 chord riff. Since the riff is specifically for this blog. Its “blogjam”.
